The Meerblick apartment is located right on the beach on the 3rd floor of the Montemare apartment complex. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the beach, and the sun shines here from morning until late afternoon. The bakery is just around the corner, as is the pedestrian zone with a variety of attractive dining options. The apartment features a partially renovated full bathroom, a separate sleeping area (in the hallway) with a double bed fitted with a single mattress, and a bright living/dining area with a dining table and four chairs. A cosy sitting area consists of a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm/single mattress), an armchair, and a table. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Enjoy the side view of the sea and beach life from the balcony.

The white, fine-sand beach with a gentle slope offers the perfect entry into the refreshing waters of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is located directly on the fine-sand beach in a quiet setting with many recreational options: boat rentals, the Ostsee-Therme spa, a climbing park, the spa gardens, tennis courts, mini-golf, golf, and seasonal
events. Shopping options and train service are within a 1-km radius.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smokers may use the balcony provided the balcony door is kept closed. You are welcome to bring your dog for an additional fee.
In the summer, you and your four-legged friend can enjoy the designated beach areas. From early October through late March, all beach areas are open to dogs.
Use of parking space No. 27 is included, but it is not suitable for wide cars.
