With its excellent location, this beautiful villa provides the modern and at the same time a quiet atmosphere and invites you to an unforgettable enchanting vacation. Idyllic olive groves, wooded hills and emerald, green meadows surround the villa, while the beautiful town of Sveti Lovrec, where very good Istrian restaurants "Konobas" can be found, is in the immediate vicinity.
The four bedrooms, all with air conditioning and flat screen TV, are on the upper and lower floors, as well as four modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and a spacious terrace. From the upper floor you come to the outdoor area with a covered jacuzzi, which promises romantic evenings.
There is also a playroom with TV and some board games for our young guests.
The spacious ground floor with access to the garden and the pool is very successfully divided into living, kitchen and dining areas and functions as the social center of the house. If you go from here to the large terrace, you will find an inviting jacuzzi as well.  
The overgrown fence surrounds the garden with a tempting heatable pool and a beautiful sun terrace - simply ideal for enjoyable sunbathing while enjoying the pleasant, aromatic natural seaair.
