Villa Gloria is located in a quiet village in Istria near the sea (only 8 km). The private pool of 24 sqm is located in a huge private garden of 1080 sqm. The garden is completely fenced and safe for children, with a swing-set, trampoline, children slide, a small toy-house for children, sunbeds around the pool and parasols.
A grill area is above the pool, with a stone built charcoal grill and a large dining table.

The house is nicely and modernly decorated. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, living room, kitchen and a dining room. The first floor has one more bedroom and bathroom. The basement has a very well equipped gym and game room - with fitness machines, table tennis, table football, billiard table and an electrical dart board.
