The place is listed for 10 people maximum. I tried talking to the rental office because we were 11 last minute which were all included in the contract. They made a big deal about only 10 being allowed before check-in. After check-in they offered the ability to pay extra for that person. It would have saved us the hassle of looking for another place if it would have been offered when I did the contract. The place is beautiful but all the light fixtures were loose:they kept falling off. The ac in the kitchen leaks water, the wood near the fridge is moldy, the service at the pool is not good. We kept asking for the menu and it was never brought they just kept walking passed us, the restrooms only have shampoo and hand soap. The condo was clean in the obvious spots but it was not a thorough cleaning it has trash in the closet, we found trash from the previous tenants. Overall, it’s a beautiful place it just needs maintenance. A plus for letting us check in a hour early.

We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us identify areas where we can continue improving. Regarding the occupancy, the property is licensed and listed for a maximum of 10 guests. We understand that your group changed at the last minute, and while we are normally unable to exceed the occupancy limit, we made a one-time exception to allow the additional guest to stay so that no one in your group would be left without accommodations. Unfortunately, this is not something we are generally able to offer due to the property's regulations. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance and housekeeping concerns to our attention. We will share your feedback with our maintenance and operations teams so these items can be inspected and addressed promptly. Your comments regarding the pool service are also valuable, and we will use them as an opportunity to improve the overall guest experience. We're glad you enjoyed the beauty of the property and that we were able to accommodate an early check-in. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We truly regret that we did not fully meet your expectations, and we will use your comments to continue improving the experience we provide to our future guests.
