This well-appointed 880 sq. ft. condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features beautiful indirect Gulf views from the private balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and unwinding after a day at the beach. Additional comforts include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The primary suite offers private balcony access along with its own en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has convenient access to a full hall bath—great for families or small groups.

This was a wonderful condo and a great place to stay when you come to Orange Beach! We came down for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and we didn’t want to leave! The condo was very clean and inviting when we came in, and we felt like it had probably been freshened up for us that morning. The location was wonderful being right across the street from public beach access, and within easy walking distance of a Walgreens and some great restaurants (we highly recommend the Starliner Diner)! The property seemed to be well kept up with a nice pool, a surprisingly well equipped gym, and a grilling area. The beach view from the condo was so nice for relaxing after a day on the beach, and the inside was a great place to chill. My husband and I agree that we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Walkable to the Cotton Bayou Beach Access, and the Publix shopping center. Clean and stocked with what we needed. Parking is $50, and must be paid before arrival or you risk being towed or booted. We saw several vehicles booted during our trip, the HOA takes it very seriously to keep out non guest. I didn’t initially receive my email to purchase parking, but after reaching out, the link was promptly provided. Communication was great anytime we reached out. Would recommend to others.
