This property is worn on the outside but brand new on the inside. Everything was there - very thoughtful supply of utensils, plates, glasses, etc. comfortable sofa and beds. The walls are a little thin. We had some trouble with the tv - not a lot of choices and we had trouble with running our apps through the tv/our phone. Beautiful place. We’d absolutely stay again.

We were here for an extended stay for our move to NC while our home was being built. This home was perfect! Easy to get to places in Durham, about 5-10 mins from Duke Hospital, and lots of parks and fun stuff for kids to do. The home was well equipped for us to be here for over a month, including a washer/dryer, full kitchen and outside patio. It was exactly what we needed!

We loved staying at Sara's property! Pictures don't fully capture the charm and aesthetic of the house. Everything was clean and beautiful and tidy. (I've stayed at other spots in Durham and they all feel a little run-down. Little details showed care (bowties on the toilet paper!) The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. The house smells nice as soon as you walk in! Tea and K-Cups available. The back porch is lovely. Plenty of utensils, plates, pots, pans, serving dishes, mugs, glassware in the kitchen. The price was a steal, considering it was graduation weekend for Duke University - much smaller places were more expensive! We had our family of four stay (the sleeper sofa is more like a giant recliner sofa in the master bedroom, the living room sofa is also pretty comfy).Sara was super communicative and allowed us to extend our stay an extra night. Check in was easy, nothing complicated about the electronic door lock. Wifi worked well. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in Durham. My only suggestion is to please make the sign for the street address more visible. it's nearly impossible to see at night. A good landmark for future guests is to look for the right turn arrow on the road, and turn at the house before that.

We were in Durham for a surgery at Duke. This property is SO convenient to get to and from the hospital. I specifically was looking for a property with comfortable furniture for a post operative person to be able to get in and out of s comfortable chair snd a walk in shower, this house had it all!! Bed was comfortable and the property is extremely clean and well maintained. We will definitely recommend the host and the communication about any needs we had. I did make some suggestions that would help others in our post operative situation and the host was very appreciative and receptive to my suggestions. Overall a very good experience.

The house was amazing. Tastefully decorated and well stocked. Everything redone. It was SO convenient to everything. You feel far removed from downtown when in truth it's right at your fingertips.
