Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We rented for a night to go to a concert at the Caverns, wished we had more time to hang out at the apartment. Would 100% stay there again if visiting for a show.

Awesome spot. It was quiet in the weekend and a nice place to stay after a concerts Some lamps missing in the sauna. Overall couldn’t say how great it was and the host was so nice!

This was such an awesome stay! The shower was luxurious and my husband LOVED the sauna. Not to mention its literally attached to a restaurant so you basically get a bed and breakfast! 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Very cute studio attached to The Roost cafe. We were there on a Sunday, so The Roost was closed. Loved the sauna in the apartment- very creative idea! The shower was amazingly spacious.we love our stay here. We saw a concert st The Caverns and it was a great location.

Super convenient being next to the restaurant but a little loud during the day. Thankfully we are loud as well so it worked out perfect. Night time was silent though! People were so nice and shower was awesome runs out of hot water fast so be aware. Beautiful kitchen with full amenities that made it easy to cook. Super clean and beautiful. Sauna was cool but missing some bulbs and we could not find the remote to turn on the extra bulb. Overall amazing stay.

After a very long drive, Partin's Perch was perfect! The bed is comfortable and the pullout bed wasn't terrible which is a plus. The kitchen has literally everything you need to prepare any food you brought with you. The location is very convenient to Sewanee University which we were in town for as we dropped our kid off there. The front of the building is actually a cafe that we sadly couldn't indulge in during our stay.The shower is phenomenal and very relaxing. The only negative is the shower hot water doesn't do well after the first person uses it. After an initial 10-to 15 minute use, it gets cool after about 5 minutes...even hours later. Overall, this place gets 4.5 Stars from me.

What a wonderful place! Really clean and nicely decorated inside. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! The sauna was a nice touch. There is minimal noise from the cafe adjacent to the place, BUT they are only open 11am - 6pm, so not your typical sleeping hours. On the upside, the food there was SOOO good. I was thankful for a healthy cafe to grab dinner from upon our arrival. Side note, this is a dry county. If you would like to indulge in adult beverages, be sure to get them before you get here. There is a package store about 15 minutes away. Bonus, the drive to the caverns was EASY.
