Exclusive holiday home in a central, quiet location for large families of up to 6 people. Just a few metres from the beach and city centre, with Wi-Fi.

Exclusive, comfortable holiday home, approx. 95 m² over 2 floors, in a central, quiet location for 2–6 people. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the pedestrian zone.
Spacious living area with a cosy sitting area, dining space for 6 people, TV, and access to the terrace.
The separate kitchen is very well equipped with an electric stove & oven, range hood, dishwasher, and standard kitchen appliances.
Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) & closet.
2nd bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) & wardrobe.
The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed.
There is also a bright shower room here & a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
The house has Wi-Fi & a free landline for calls within Germany.
The house has tile/carpet flooring, and a coin-operated washing machine & dryer are available.
A parking space is located right next to the house. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.
