The 45 m² apartment in Penon near Kurtatsch, South Tyrol, accommodates up to 3 guests. It features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily prepare your meals. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a TV, and a workspace. Warm wooden elements and natural materials combine modern design with the charm of a traditional winery house.



Enjoy views of vineyards and the South Tyrolean lowlands from your private balcony. In the shared garden, you have access to a sauna, outdoor shower, and barbecue.



There is a shared parking space and bicycle storage directly at the house. The accommodation is for adults only, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. Events and pets are not allowed. Sauna towels are provided.



The house is located at 600 m altitude in Penon near Kurtatsch, surrounded by vineyards and forests. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start right at the property. Popular destinations include Lake Fennberg, the Fennberg via ferrata, Lake Caldaro, and the Montiggler lakes. Discover wine cellars and traditional taverns along the South Tyrolean Wine Road. Fresh eggs from our own hens and other homemade specialties are available. Vineyard tours with tastings are offered on Mondays with prior reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and waste separation is required.

Das war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt an dem es an nichts gefehlt hat

Pros: Carmen war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die unseren kurzen Aufenthalt zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis machte. Das Appartment war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und hat alles was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. WLAN = top Die Sauna und der Gartenbereich mit Feuerstelle sind sehr nett gestaltet und eignen sich super um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Kurztrip der sehr erholsam war

Pros: Die Gastfreundschaft von Carmen und der unkomplizierte Kontakt. Sehr lieb und sympathisch , ein wunderschöner Hof mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Wertigkeit von hauseigenen und regionalen Produkten hat uns sehr begeistert. Die Ruhe auf dem Berg war klasse und die Ferienwohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Cons: Nichts!

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit wundervollem Blick ins Tal.

Pros: Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen von den Vermietern. Alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Aussicht ins Tal war wunderschön und man merkte die Hingabe der Vermieter im Detail. Cons: -
