This beautiful and comfortable upstairs apartment with a large loft and balcony is situated in a quiet yet central location right next to the Koppke in Greetsiel. The fishing harbour, cosy restaurants, and supermarket are just a few steps away. The Koppke’s large wellness and sauna area is practically within walking distance—you can even go in your dressing gown.

Spacious, tastefully furnished living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, blender, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and much more. The dining table seats 5 people. The cosy sofa and two armchairs are perfect for cosy evenings in front of the TV. Books and board games are also available. There is also a DVD player.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. Blackout curtains are available for the skylight.

The entire apartment (1st floor, excluding the loft) features comfortable underfloor heating.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed). The bedroom with the two single beds has an additional flat-screen TV. The spacious loft features a comfortable sofa that can be pulled out to serve as a sleeping area for a fifth person. The loft has laminate flooring.

The triangular window in the attic, which offers a magnificent view of Greetsiel, can be darkened with pleated blinds, as can the skylight. Fly screens are provided.

The balcony is furnished with new furniture. A patio umbrella is provided.

A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.

A parking space is available.

You can store your bicycles in the garden shed, which also has an electrical socket for charging electric bicycles.
