The holiday home (non-smoking) features 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with a double bed and Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, both located on the ground floor; the third bedroom is in the converted loft under the roof and has 2 additional single beds). Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have an additional TV. The Velux windows in bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with blackout blinds. Bedroom 1, with the double bed, has exterior venetian blinds.
The floors are covered with laminate and the entire house has underfloor heating (except for the attic studio, which has a radiator). The large, light-filled living-dining room is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and much more.
An iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack are provided in the house.
There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a washing machine is also located there. A hair dryer is also available.
The beautiful patio is furnished with outdoor furniture (6 garden chairs, a garden table, a parasol, and a parasol stand).
The house includes a storage shed (e.g., for your bicycles—there’s room for up to 3 bikes) and a shared dock directly on the Greetsieler Sieltief.
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
A parking space is also included with the house.
Dogs are allowed upon request. The garden is fenced in.
