We stay in South Haven every Labor Day weekend, and this property was the absolute best. Such a great space for 3 families. We always love the pool and easy access to the beach and shops. Don and Sue were extremely helpful, responsive, and thoughtful. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful, clean, and well-appointed house located within short walking distance to two pools and Newcomb Beach which our kids really enjoyed. Check in was a breeze, and communication was great with our hosts. We fit 6 adults and 2 crazy kids here very comfortably, and if you're into cooking, this place is well-stocked with ample flatware, and to our surprise, higher-end cookware like Green Pans, Nordicware sheet pans, and a Technivorm Moccamaster and a burr grinder to make proper coffee in the morning. Also stocked were beach and pool toys, pool towels, and more. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Overall, staying here really enhanced our family vacation.

What a wonderful house! Our family of 10 just stayed here and absolutely loved it. Kids ages ranged from 1-7. We loved all of the amenities within the house, it was so well stocked and had lots of toys for the kids!! Beautiful home, very clean and well kept. The hosts were quick in responding when we had a question. Honestly, the only “downfall” I’d say is that the indoor/outdoor pool’s shallowest depth was 3.5 except for a little ledge that was 1.5ft. The 3.5 feet area was just too deep for most of our kids so we chose to swim at the marina pool (which was 3 ft) or the local beaches. The fortunate thing is, we had two pools to choose from, so that made it very nice! The hosts had life jackets available that we could have used, but the kids prefer to swim without them, so that’s why we chose the shallower pool. I definitely would highly recommend this place!!

What can I say about this house? It was a dream! It was so clean, beautiful, modern. It was so EQUIPPED. I say this because we have stayed at our share of Vrbo properties in multiple states and this has been THE most well stocked home we have been in. We even had enough dish washer pods! We had garbage bags, aluminum paper, all the pots and pans we may have needed and then some. This may sound crazy but we've stayed at places where we had to go out to buy salt. At this place, we never had to leave! The weather was terrible, but the indoor pool saved the day. The kiddos were over the moon with all the toys on site, they didn't want to leave! They all cried and wanted me to buy the house haha. It was that great. It was so quiet and peaceful. We even saw a deer outside our window. And don't get me started on the mattresses, wow! I never slept so well on a bed that wasn't my own. The owners were amazing and responsive. We have Zero complaints. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Martha - we were very pleased to have your family as our first guests ! Martha and her family were ideal guests. Communication was very easy. They left the house in great shape. We felt bad that the weather was less than ideal! (understatement). Martha and her family made the best of the situation and stayed very positive throughout. Thank you for trusting us with your stay in South Haven. We know it is a leap of faith to book with someone listing for the first time. We have rented short term rentals for many years, and tried to imagine our home as we would want to see it as guests. If your vacation plans ever include South Haven in the future, we would love to have you stay with us again !
