Why they chose this property

This property is in the a coveted part of town, conveniently located to get anywhere in Boone and Blowing Rock quickly, and it's close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. It has one of the few flat roads and driveways in Boone, which is awesome!

What makes this property unique

This is a picturesque cabin that has been remodeled. It's on a private acre, with a huge flat yard which is rare in the High Country. Beautiful wrap around covered porch. Surrounded by trees around sides and back, with nice grassy view out front. Plenty of parking, great outdoor fire pit and indoor propane logs. Cozy interior spaces to enjoy in the evenings and cold months, and so much outside space to enjoy in the sun!
