The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure pool/ spa key card is returned to the spot it was hanging from in the kitchen.
If you chose and paid for garage access make sure garage door remote and garage entry key is placed back inside garage.
If you used blackstone griddle in back yard make sure it is cleaned up with no food left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Originally from the Pacific North West. I moved to Arizona in 2011 for all the amazing year round outdoor activities and exploring there is to offer.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood and area for all the resort style amenities that are offered. Some of my favorite amenities are the champion golf course in the community as well as many other golf courses near by, catch and release fishing pond, pickleball, flat roads and desert to ride bikes through, close by box canyon in Florence to ride ATV's, the lakes that are 45 min away to go boating and paddle boarding, all the near by desert to explore and view nature such as bird watching, cactus, mine exploring, target shooting, wildlife viewing, hiking, close by shopping and so much more. The 31 community parks are great to take my son to.

What makes this property unique

The property has unique desert style landscaping with cactus, crushed granite, desert vegetation that requires little water, and orange trees. The back yard often gets many different types of birds including dove, quail, humming birds, road runners, and many others. Also often seen in backyard is lizards, and geckos.
