Welcome to your dream vacation retreat! Just an hour south of Sky Harbor Airport lies our serene VRBO oasis. Nestled in a desert scaped backyard, you'll find a private pool complete with a soothing waterfall, perfect for unwinding under the sun. Adjacent is a BBQ bar area for al fresco dining and a gazebo with a cozy conversation set, ideal for evening gatherings. Sharpen your putting skills on the private green before cooling off in the pool.

Inside, discover a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a den, equipped with a work desk for productivity. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a water softener, and reverse osmosis system for pristine drinking water. Feel at home with amenities such as a washer and dryer, ironing board, and garage parking. Stay connected with fiber internet speeds up to 1050 Mbps, while LED pool lights set the mood for evening swims.

Please note, any additional cleaning beyond the standard will be the responsibility of the guest. Failure to comply may result in a claim through VRBO.

We could not have asked for a better house rental then this one for our stay in San Tan Valley. We were close to everything where we needed to go in Mesa, Chandler and Scottsdale. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. I would stay there again if my travel needs took me me to the Phoeni x area.

Lovely home with wonderful back patio

We had a nice relaxing time at Jaimie and Katie’s. It was very clean and had a nice kitchen area. The patio area is beautiful. We sat outside almost every morning and evening. We didn’t use the pool (it was chilly when we were there) but it was very inviting. We would highly recommend this home. Thank you.

Beautiful home. Wonderful rental

Our week spent at this home was everything we had hoped it would be. The home is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed for a home away from home. The back yard was jaw dropping. We spent all our time outdoors could even watch the ball games on the back patio because of the outdoor television. The gazebo with furniture was comfortable and cozy in the evenings for some games of cards or just to sit and visit. The owners were acommodating and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect

We spent 99% of our time by pool. We had everything we needed or wanted in the home. The only minor thing was the light next to grill was not working but I was still able to cook our steaks to perfection. I would highly recommend this property for anyone. Next time we are in AZ we will definitely stay in this home again. Katie was quick to respond to any question we had. Thank you for the best vacation I have Ever taken. Really didn't want to leave!!

Widow's Week

My friend and I take vacation for last few years since we are both widows and get our heads on to deal with kids. Katie's house is perfect. It's close to grocery store and Walgreens is just down street. We live in the pool and back yard. She is the perfect host. Even when previous tenants were not good. Quiet, clean and great amenities

We were impressed with this property from the pictures and description, and were pleased to find the met and exceeded our expectations. It was quiet as we had hoped, in a nice HOA neighborhood...not opulent but well appointed with everything we wanted: pool, privacy, BBQ, TV’s great kitchen...oh and super nice linens and towels. The only downside for us was the distance to the airport and downtown Phoenix, though that’s just us. Recommended and one of the best vacation rentals we’ve been to.
