This is our cherished second home that we open to mature guests who will treat our home with the same care and respect they would their own.

The property is not treated with any chemicals, no pesticides and herbicides. There may be spiders, lizards, garden snakes, centipedes etc. They will do you no harm, please trap and release.

Roosters, pigs, horses nearby, you may see iguanas. Rainforest and farm sounds nearby can be LOUD - coqui frogs, crickets, roosters, dogs.

Roosevelt Roads military base overlooks the property. Recently US military aggression has ramped up and noise from military airplanes is LOUD and at random times.

This is the countryside, there may be outage of utilities, that is beyond host control. New solar backup powers entire house except ACs and laundry room. Internet is fast but may have outages at times,

Guests are advised to carry insect repellant, mosquitoes and noseeums are active in mornings and evenings. We provide mosquito coil, incense for inside house.

We are available at most times to answer guest questions. However if you arrive late night (after 10 pm), we will not be available to respond to messages or calls. Please plan your arrival time accordingly.

This villa sleeps up to 6, extra fee beyond 4 guest applies,

No hot water in kitchen + bath sink and lukewarm water in main shower. It is Caribbean, colder the better!

Ceiba power transfer station nearby has occasional noise. There is a colmado or local bar across from property that has music, parties and fireworks that can be loud on weekends and holidays.

There will be occasional work with advance notice to guests, such as pool maintanance,
