Just a two-minute walk from nature—with a patio, sauna, and wood-fired grill

In two minutes, you’ll be in the forest on the edge of the Harz Mountains, which is perfect for leisurely hikes. You can relax on the terrace. The lawn in front of the apartment is a great place to play.

By car, you can reach the Hannover Messe, 65 km away, in about 40 minutes.

Our apartment features a wood-burning stove, microwave, oven, Thermomix, and washing machine. Existing materials were repurposed as part of an upcycling initiative for the furnishings, and sustainable manufacturing processes were prioritised when purchasing new items. The rooms are equipped with modern, dimmable LED lights that can be easily controlled with remote controls.

Access to our modern holiday apartment is separate from the rest of the house via the terrace. The terrace is approximately 24 m² and features a seating area from which you can enjoy views of the Harz Mountains. A kettle grill, which can also be used as a “fire barrel,” guarantees a romantic atmosphere. The terrace also features a sauna for four people and an outdoor shower. One sauna session is included; each additional use costs 5€.

The living area features a spacious sofa bed that sleeps two adults. You can charge your cell phone on a flexible charging station that fits right next to you on the sofa bed. The TV in the living area is internet-enabled and features a soundbar with excellent sound quality. The wood-burning stove is also located here. Wood is provided for one evening; additional wood can be purchased for €5.
In the separate bedroom, you’ll find two single beds plus a “pallet bed” for a third person. The room is equipped with a satellite TV and a built-in cell phone charging station.

In the kitchen, you can cook on the two-burner stove, in the Thermomix (a cookbook is provided), or in the grill oven. A microwave is also available. A Senseo coffee maker, a French press, and, of course, a kettle are provided. A starter supply of coffee pods and tea bags is provided. You’ll find a table for dining together both here in the kitchen and in the living area.
The bathroom, which features a large LED mirror with a Bluetooth speaker and an anti-fog system, houses the washing machine. A hair dryer is provided for your use.

Cleaning supplies, such as a vacuum cleaner and a mop bucket with a mop, are available. A fee of 20€ will be charged for the final cleaning.
This is a non-smoking apartment! Smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee of 100€.
