The living area is open and spacious, with a large sectional couch that can accommodate an additional guest as a twin-style sleeping space. Included as well is a queen air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements to accommodate 4 guests.

The main living space offers a bright and inviting layout with a dining table and plenty of seating, making it perfect for meals, games, or relaxing after a day outdoors. The kitchen includes seating at the island and is well equipped for preparing meals at home. A washer and dryer are also available in the villa for added convenience.

One of the highlights of this property is the covered porch, complete with a large swing and lounge seating, providing the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal breeze. Just steps away, a private walking path leads directly to the beach, offering easy access to a quiet and less crowded area of Seabrook Island’s shoreline.

Amenity cards are not included with this rental. Guests may independently purchase Seabrook Island amenity cards for 50 dollars per day.
