Hi there, and welcome to the “Mare Nostrum 7” holiday rental. This cosy one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building right by the beach, behind the dunes of Westerland. At 36 square metres, it’s the perfect size for two people. The open-concept kitchen-living room (painted “Vanilla”) is well-equipped; the balcony is furnished for summer use, and a private parking space along with a shared washing machine and dryer are also available. The best thing about the apartment building where you’ll be staying is its location: it’s less than a ten-minute walk from here to the lively city centre area with all its shopping options, quaint pubs, and attractive restaurants.
And if you like to swim in the sea before breakfast, you can theoretically “just walk over” to the beach in your swimming costume—it’s less than two minutes away.
Don’t have a Latinum? Admittedly, very few of our guests do either. “Mare Nostrum” means “our sea”; it once referred to the Mediterranean and here on the island stands for a truly attractive apartment building where we manage all 12 units.
