Our quiet townhouse, located near the spa centre, offers you the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to spa facilities and the town centre. It is approximately 400 m to the town centre and the Old Sluice Harbour. <br><br>With approximately 75 m² of living space, there is room for 5 adults and one toddler. A parking space for your car is located right next to the house.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a dining area and a separate kitchen, which is functionally equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher, among other appliances. There is also a senior-friendly bathroom where you can roll right into the shower with a walker.<br>On the upper floor, you’ll find a second bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed). <br><br>If you have difficulty climbing stairs, you can use the ground floor as a separate living unit. <br><br>From the living room, you can access the terrace that belongs to the house. The terrace has an awning that protects you from excessive sunlight if needed. <br><br>If you’d like to travel with two families, we may be able to arrange a booking for the neighbouring house, which has a similar layout to ours and accommodates 4 adults and 1 toddler.<br><br>In addition, there is a TV on the ground floor and another in the bedroom upstairs.<br><br>For your toddler, you’ll find a cot, a changing table, and a high chair in the house.<br><br>If you don’t want to go without internet, you can use free Wi-Fi.<br><br>The house is equipped with all the practical appliances you need (including a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron), making it easier to handle the usual household chores—which, unfortunately, are unavoidable even during holiday.<br><br>For your shopping needs, you’ll find an Edeka supermarket about 500 m away or a discount store about 800 m away.<br>The Cliner Quelle, a spa centre featuring an indoor pool, wellness area, children’s playground, and spa park, is about 400 m away.<br>The Harle riverside promenade is 100 m away.
