Just 350 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished two-room apartment is located on the first floor, with approximately 48 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing balcony. This very family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. A separate bedroom and a 1.40 x 2.00 m sofa bed provide sleeping space for 4 people. Conveniently located in front of the property is a lockable outdoor storage room that can accommodate up to 4 bicycles or similar items. The apartment is assigned a free parking space (No. 9). Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00€ per person, towels for 10.00€ per person, or as a linen package for 25.00€ per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* and utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand, if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own supplies during your stay.
