Through the separate entrance, you’ll reach the lower level, which features a living area and kitchen, as well as a well-maintained shower room with a window. On the upper level, there is a separate double bedroom and a separate single bedroom, along with a second bathroom, also featuring a window. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Underfloor heating on both floors ensures cosy warmth.<br><br>A well-equipped kitchen is available for convenient self-catering—including a dishwasher, a microwave, and a Ninja hot-air fryer. In the idyllic centre of Binzer, you’ll find many highly recommended restaurants serving delicious regional dishes. <br><br>The living room of this holiday rental on Rügen is especially cosy! In the comfortable sofa area with a modern smart TV, you can, for example, enjoy a wonderful film night with your loved ones. Upon request, you can obtain a DVD player on-site for your stay. All essential amenities—such as the spa administration office, shopping streets, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, banks, a laundromat, a doctor’s office, and a pharmacy—are within easy reach. Just a three-minute walk (200 m) away, you’ll find the first shops in the bustling town centre. It’s about a 600-meter walk to Binz Beach, and the promenade with its inviting cafés and restaurants is just a short 15-minute stroll away. The adjacent Schmachter Lake, with its idyllic lakeside promenade, is right next to the house. <br><br>Parking spaces for your car are located right next to the house.<br><br>Two of the holiday apartments are located on the ground floor of the main building; one is situated at the rear of the property with a separate entrance and is designed as a duplex apartment.
