Gestoert hat eindeutig der Kloakengeruch aus den Anlussrohren im Bad. Nur durch Laufenlassen des Wassers konnte man den Geruch eindaemmen. Das Problem sei bekannt, die Eigentuemer wuerden jedoch nicht Abhilfe schaffen wollen. Ein paar Fuseln in den Ecken, aber sonst war Sauberkeit ok.
