Helene Beach Villa with Ocean Views in a Prime Location - Mouette

The beachfront Villa Helene, built in the traditional spa town style, is centrally located directly on Binz’s traffic-calmed beach promenade. Access to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is right in front of the house. 
Villa Helene features an lift, a high-quality wellness & spa area (for a fee), and the option to use the underground car park for 5 EUR per night (lift-style garage with a height of 1.50 m).
The neighbouring Strandlücke restaurant offers an ideal place for breakfast.

Beach chair on the beach included!

The exclusive Seemöwe holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor with a sea view.
The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. It underwent a thoughtful renovation in spring 2021.
The bedroom features a second TV, and you can also step out onto the balcony with a sea view (on the side) from here.
The living room has a large floor-to-ceiling window facing the beach and another exit to the balcony with a sea view.
At beach access point 28—right in front of the house—a free beach chair is available for our guests during the swimming season.
The parking space in the garage of Apartment 6 (Seemöwe) has a maximum height of 1.50 m—it is a lift-type parking system!!
After a long walk on the beach, relax in the property’s 140 m² wellness area and enjoy three different saunas (for a fee).
Find peace and quiet in the spacious relaxation room.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Binz. Wir wurden nach kurzem Anruf bei der Besitzerin persönlich an der zur Wohnung gehörenden Tiefgarage empfangen und durch das Gebäude in unsere Wohnung geführt. Eine sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarem Ledersofa in unserem Fall für die Kids (10 und 12) und Balkon mit Strandkorb, Tisch und zwei Stühlen mit Blick auf die Promenade und das Meer, wunderschön!
