The kitchen is equipped for everyday use, with full cookware, dinnerware, utensils and practical storage. We also provide plenty additional cooking appliances including an airfryer/toaster oven, bakeware, crockpot, ricecooker, and steampot. We supply both a full coffee pot as well as a one-cup Keurig machine with some K-cups to start you out. The dining area supports regular meals, and the living space is designed for up to six people without feeling crowded.

Designed for 30–120 Night Stays

Reliable high-speed WiFi supports video calls and remote work.

Full-size washer and dryer in the home as well as a laundry soaps to get started on your stay.

Single-level living with a natural separation between shared and private areas.

The home is stocked and arranged for extended stays with plenty of closet storage space.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The backyard is oriented toward the mountain ridgeline and open sky. While neighboring homes are present, the primary view remains outward toward the desert landscape.

The landscaping reflects the natural surroundings, with cacti and native desert plants that shift subtly with the light throughout the day. The sunrises that change every day are truly this amazing - no filter!

Wildlife is one of the best parts of the environment here. Birdlife is especially active in the morning, with quail often moving through in groups, hummingbirds around the plantings, and native desert birds like wrens and woodpeckers regularly heard and seen. If you're lucky you may even spot a great horned owl or road runner passing through the property.

Private hot tub positioned for quiet evening use and stargazing, along with a grill and open, relaxed seating area for unwinding after hiking, golf, or a full day of work.

The setting is consistently quiet, with minimal neighborhood noise.

As part of the natural desert environment, occasional wildlife is normal. The home is professionally maintained with routine pest control for a clean and comfortable stay.
