Our vacation home, Möwennest 18, features a sauna and 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 1–8 people (plus 2 children up to 3 years old in separate, provided cribs = free of charge), for a total of up to 10 people. The house is located on a fenced-in property with its own entrance. Your dogs are welcome; please bring your own dog beds for them (1 dog bed provided), as dogs are unfortunately not allowed to sleep on uncovered seating or, under any circumstances, in the beds.

The beach is 750 m away, and our personal service there includes a “free” seasonal beach chair available from May 1 to September 28, which we have rented for our guests.

A private parking space is available. The large terrace, complete with patio furniture, 1 LED umbrella, a grill with grilling utensils, and a cozy beach chair plus a dog beach chair, is perfect for enjoying sunny days and barbecue evenings. In front of the house, there is a stroller/bicycle shelter.
2022-2026 The house has been regularly renovated for your comfort. Solar power has been available since March 2026.

There is a fenced-in garden. Here, your children will find a playhouse, a ship-shaped sandbox, a Bobby Car, a children’s swing, balance bikes, and a handcart.

Our modern living room is flooded with natural light through its two patio doors. A large U-shaped sofa offers plenty of space for you to sit together comfortably. The TV with satellite connection, DVD player, and mini stereo system allow all family members to relax. And an electric fireplace invites you to enjoy cozy evenings.

Board games, puzzles, books, and free Wi-Fi are provided, making it easy to work from home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a high-quality hot-air oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Small appliances include one filter coffee maker, one Senseo coffee maker, an egg cooker, a kettle, a blender, and a toaster. There is plenty of dishware and silverware, as well as a small supply of coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper, along with a well-stocked spice rack—enough to tide you over until your first grocery run. Of course, all the essential kitchen utensils and plenty of pots and pans you’ll need for everyday use are also provided.

The open-concept living and dining room is separated from the kitchen by a glass door. There is a modern wooden table with 8 chairs.

In a small storage room, we provide a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, 1 safe, etc.

On the first floor, you’ll also find the first bathroom (2024) with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The second bathroom (2023), featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and two sinks, is located on the first floor. It is more spacious, so you’ll also find a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, changing table, ironing board, and iron here.

The first bedroom, featuring a new high double bed (2024), a new sliding-door closet, a cozy recliner, a TV, and one crib, is located on the first floor. Since 2022, it has also included a 2-person infrared sauna—perfect for warming up after a lovely walk on the beach or simply unwinding.

Right next to it is another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a 140x200 double bed, a two-door wardrobe, a recliner, and a stylish sliding door. Here, too, you’ll find a small TV with a DVD player.

The third bedroom is in the attic. In this very spacious room, you’ll find a double bed (new since 2024), a crib, a wardrobe, and a seating area with a TV—perfect for relaxing or simply reading.

All bedrooms have a TV.

You can also book our bedding and towel packages for the house with us—€23.00 per person. We provide 155x220 duvets so that even tall people can sleep comfortably. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels. You’ll need to bring your own sauna and beach towels.

The entire house has washable floors (high-quality travertine and laminate).

For your safety, there are a total of 5 smoke detectors in the house, and the stairs are equipped with safety gates to protect your small children.
