This is the right half of the house, "Luke."

**FREE BED LINEN & TOWELS, NO ADDITIONAL UTILITY COSTS**

It is a self-contained semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 playroom, and a large living/dining room with an open kitchen. The private garden, featuring a covered patio, is completely fenced in.

From the balcony, you can enjoy a great view of the dike in complete comfort!

Note: There are NO additional utility costs for electricity, gas, or water. Furthermore, NO security deposit is required.

The house is fully furnished from top to bottom; special attention was paid to creating a harmonious overall design, so it’s guaranteed to suit every taste. Everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on the North Sea is provided. Basic supplies are provided, as well as bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels.

We’ve especially thought of your four-legged friends. Everything is prepared for your furry friends (dog bowls, dog blanket). Up to 2 dogs are welcome per half of the house. We charge a flat fee of 39.95 per dog.

There is a spacious, private garden that is completely fenced in. Children will also find great surprises, such as the large play tower with a sandbox. There’s also a heated wooden pool that can be used even during colder seasons. In the garden in front of the house, there’s a wellness area featuring a wonderful Finnish garden sauna with a rain shower and relaxation areas. (There is a sauna in a separate area that can be used by both households.)

There is also a lockable storage room where you can charge and securely store any e-bikes you bring along. There is ample parking space for 2 cars RIGHT next to the house.

Im letzten Jahr haben wir eine Woche im schönen Ferienhaus Malia verbracht! Aufgrund der sehr guten Erfahrungen mit dem Anbieter „Küstenträume“ haben wir uns erneut für einen Urlaub mit dem Anbieter entschieden. Da wir die schöne Gegend in und um Butjadingen lieben haben wir uns diesmal für das Haus Luke entschieden. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Das Ferienhaus ist nagelneu, modern aber gleichzeitig gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Das Haus ist, wie wir es schon aus dem Haus Malia kennen perfekt für die Bedürfnisse von Familien ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir uns über die Spielecke und das Kinderbett gefreut. So hatten wir mehr Platz für andere Dinge im Kofferraum. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Hot-Tub Badefass und die Sauna, so wurden die Tage im Haus Luke auch für uns zum Wellnessurlaub. Besonders abends lädt die Terrasse zum Verweilen und Grillen ein, während die Kinder ihren Spaß auf dem Spielturm haben. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder unseren Urlaub über Küstenträume buchen!

Unser Osterurlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Haus Luke hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist auch für diese Personenzahl sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kinder fanden das Spielzeug und die Gesellschaftsspiele gut und besonders das Spielhaus mit Rutsche und Schaukel. Aber das absolute Highlight war der "Hot Pot". Der Tipp für das Osterfeuer mit Fackellauf der Kinder war auch toll. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen.

Optimal ist die Wohnung für die Großfamilie, der großzügige Esstisch, ob im Wohn- als auch im Terassenbereich bringen pure Gemütlichkeit. Geschirr großzügig vorhanden, auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. Die Einzäunung des Grundstückes ideal bei Kleinkindern und Hunden. Lediglich das untere Treppengeländer war etwas wackelig. Im unteren Bad bitte einmal die Edelstahl -Eckleisten kontrollieren und bei Verbindungstür Wohnzimmer zum Bad Flur den Türgriff nachschrauben, Klinke löst sich manchmal. Im oberen Bad klemmt das Türschloss manchmal. Aber das alles hat die allgemeine Qualität der Wohnung nicht herabgesetzt. Alles in allem eine tolle Ferienwohnung.

Wir waren im August eine Woche im Ferienhaus Luke und waren total begeistert von der Geräumigkeit, das hatten wir gar nicht so groß erwartet. Auch alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr großzügig und auch perfekt mit Kindern. Da das Haus Außenrolladen hat, hat es schon 5 Sterne verdient, findet man sonst ja eher selten. Nähe zum Einkaufsladen und zum Strand sind super. Der Außenbereich ist auch schön gestaltet. Jedoch sollte man erwähnen, dass die Sauna eine Gemeinschaftssauna für Haus Luke und Lea ist, darüber hat uns der Vermieter aber direkt informiert und auch sonst war der Kontakt und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters wirklich sehr positiv und überaus nett. Aus diesem Grunde würde ich auch noch mal hinfahren. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Weiter so :)

Sehr schönes, bestens ausgestattetes Haus. Schöne Terasse, super Klettergerüst, unser Enkel (5Jahre) konnte sich draußen sowie im Haus, mit den vorhandenen Spielsachen gut beschäftigen. Wir haben mit der Familie ein paar sehr schöne Tage verlebt. Bei dem Service zum Holzbottich könnte es noch Verbesserungen geben. Die Holzscheiten müssten kleiner und trockener sein, es fehlte auch der Paddel zum bewegen des Wassers sowie der Hebel zum Auf und Abdrehen des Außenwasserhahnes. Trotzdem bewerte ich das Ferienhaus als Top.
