Avoid, trust us.

We saw the listing and it looked great. We had good communication with the lister at the start, however that soon changed. The listing said 3 bedroom which was inaccurate. It had 2 bedroom and a total of 3 rooms. All the room was extremely dirty to say the least. The only AC unit, which is in one of the bedroom, did not work; it had a clogged drain line and dripped constantly on the bed below it and the ground. The pool is nothing like picture in the ad. It was disgusting and was not maintained at all. This place was so disappointing that we check out 2 days early. We tried to communicate with the lister for a refund with no response. Please note that my family and I are well traveled and are comfortable with hardship but with this place we felt lied to and cheated.

Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We contacted the owner who explained that they had provided you with a second flat so they could take care of the full tank of air conditioning. There are 2 pools and one was serviced, so it was not cleaned daily. However, the other pool was fine and is also cleaned daily. The description shows that there is only air conditioning and that the accommodation has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Antonio and the Bookiply team
