This home is deceptively larger than it looks when you first pull up! It has an open kitchen/dining/living space, 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The back of the house looks out over the water and the two decks, dock, and stairs are in excellent shape. There is a covered side porch off the dining room for when there is some rain or you are looking for some shade. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils and good restaurants are about 20 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this listing and certainly would stay again in the future!
