A cosy one-room apartment on the 3rd floor with a sunny balcony that’s perfect for relaxing. The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable fold-out bed (160 cm x 200 cm), as well as a sofa and an armchair that invite you to linger. A dining table with chairs provides space for shared meals.
The apartment is furnished for two people and features a practical kitchenette where you can prepare light meals. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the amenities.
A free underground parking space with a maximum clearance height of 149 cm is available to you.


Complex:

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a one-minute walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, on the north side. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.
