Peaceful Stay Near Current River

Tucked down a gravel road just 5min from the Current River and 2min from downtown.

Inside you'll find a bright, open-concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of the house, and a master bedroom with a bathroom on the other side of the house, offering extra privacy for couples or small groups. All rooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep in peacefully.

Have a small boat? There is ample parking available!

Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load and start the dishwasher. Place one pod inside the cubby and close the lid. Then close the door and push the "Start" button.
Please take out all trash and put in the large bin by the road. Put all used towels in the washing machine, add detergent, and start the wash
Make sure all lights are turned off, curtains and blinds are closed, and the AC is set back to 78.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

In Van Buren for a family reunion. The house fit the needs for 2 couples, or more. Master bedroom and bath are large, the 2 other bedrooms are ok in size. We used the extra bedroom for our suitcases, which worked out great. Spacious and stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, and bathrooms were supplied nicely. Enjoyed sitting under the covered drive with coffee in the morning rain. We would certainly stay here again. A few things…the kitchen garbage can was half full on arrival (odd). The king bed is broken on one side. The floors needed swept along the edges. The place just needs a few tweaks but it was great!

Katie was a wonderful host. Communication was quick and easy. The house was newly built, and absolutely spotless. It was very nice that the house had all the little things already there. Kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, and the beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Only a few minute drive down to the water. I was happy to find a house that would allow a one night stay during the weekend. 10/10
