House was very moldy smelling upon arrival. Found all ceiling vents covered in mold, tubs dirty, floors dirty and roaches. Contacted host (upset of course) and he said “well its been rented all summer and has not made anyone sick” He did send a maintenance guy by to wipe the outside of the vents which has nothing to do with the moldy air that comes out of them. NO Compensation offered at all. Everyone pays hefty cleaning fees with their rental and they should get a clean house when they rent! No concern to this host / management company at all. STAY CLEAR OF THIS RENTAL

This post, review and score is a shame. While this house is not new construction, it has been updated in many areas, it’s clean (there is not a mold issue) and we have had a lot of very happy guests. The previous reviews indicate as such. We did all we could for Cameron. I offered to send out a cleaning crew, I sent out a maintenance guy and even offered her a FULL refund, but she did not want to leave the property. I’m just not too sure what more I could do. Based on her post it sounds like she wanted to continue her vacation AND have me give her some sort of compensation. I’m sorry it didn’t work out with her. In this business it’s tough to make everyone happy all the time, but I’ll keep trying!! Jim
