Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. 105 Grand Pavilion is a newly remodeled four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in the Grand Pavilion community at Wild Dunes — right next to the Boardwalk Inn and within walking distance of the beach. The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
