Located just 150 metres from the beach, this 130 m² holiday rental is ideal for a holiday with up to 6 adults and 1 child. It is on the ground floor and features a terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea. Private parking is available right next to the house.

The apartment has four bedrooms—one with a double bed, another with a double box-spring bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single pull-out bed (suitable only for children). There is also a bright bathroom with a shower, a modern, well-equipped kitchenette, and a cosy living/dining area. Upon request, we’ll gladly provide a cot and a high chair free of charge.

Enjoy your time in the guest garden, which features a grill and a garden shed. Handcarts are available free of charge, subject to availability. Guests may also use the sauna at the Solaris apartment building.

Your dog is welcome in this apartment.

Living at “Königshöhe” is a delight—the holiday apartments are located in Haffkamp near the marina, within walking distance of the beach and the promenade. Each apartment has a balcony or its own terrace. A parking space in front of the building is reserved for you.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.

You can relax wonderfully in the spacious guest garden, which features a grill, a garden shed with a TV, and a trampoline.
Handcarts are available subject to availability. You’re welcome to rent bicycles from the bike rental service at Haus Solaris for a small fee. Please contact the bike rental service directly: Thorsten Giersch, 0170-7852766. For bikes you bring with you, there is a shared storage room in the basement.

We provide a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.

The sauna in the Solaris apartment building is available for our guests to use.
