Complex:

In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. It’s just a few steps to the town centre!

The holiday complex consists of a spacious two-story holiday home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
The building housing the individual apartments has an lift. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the holiday apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the holiday home even has two parking spaces).

Upper floor:
Solaris 09 and 10 facing forward towards the street

Solaris 15/16/17/18 to the right (18 is a one-room apartment; it can be booked as an add-on and is intended for children or accompanying guests).
