Comfortable and spacious vacation apartment on the Braderuper Heide with a pool

Cosy apartment right next to the Braderuper Heide Nature Reserve. Our terrace invites you to relax in a beach chair while enjoying the view of the mudflats. A table, two chairs, and a sun lounger are provided.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious dining room with a large dining table and an armchair, a small kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower. You can connect your cell phone to the speakers using Bluetooth.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a French press, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

In the basement, there is a spacious living room with a couch and TV, another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 with two single mattresses), and a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
There is also a washing machine and dryer, as well as another refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Wi-Fi is available.

A parking space is located on the property right outside the door.

The pool may be used by guests and owners of the “Weißes Kliff” complex from mid-May/early June (depending on weather conditions) until approximately the end of September.
The owner specifically notes that use of the entire pool area is at your own risk; children must be supervised, and there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool water contains chlorine and must not be swallowed. Contaminating the water in any way is prohibited. There is a general quiet period for the pool between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The pool may occasionally need to be closed for unforeseen maintenance work, even during the summer months. The renter is not entitled to a reduction in the rental price in the event of unforeseen closures of the pool facility.

Charging electric vehicles is prohibited on our property.
