Top Lage, Wohnung war okay/gut

Sieht auf den Fotos größer aus. Keine Lüftung im Bad, sehr feucht. Balkontür defekt, es zog und war kühl. Kinderbett sehr hart. Warmwasserboiler in der Küche sehr groß, über der Spüle. Das hat das Abwaschen erschwert. Top Lage. Elektrisches Verdunkelungsrollo im Wohnzimmer und Rollos in den Schlafbereichen.

Super achöne strandnahe Lage der Wohnung

Im Wohnbereich hat es leider durch die Terrassentür an den Füßen etwas gezogen, da dort eine Lüftung verbaut ist. Die Matratzen waren für uns persönlich sehr hart.

Kalt und laut.

Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet wird renoviert, dadurch war ein extremer Lärm ab 07:30 Uhr. Die Gänge der Anlage waren sehr eingestaubt. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt und die Gastherme, die ständig und sehr laut, am arbeiten war, hat es auch nicht geschafft die Wohnung zu erwärmen. Die Fensterfront ist so in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch extrem undicht. Am schlimmsten war halt, dass nichts von den Renovierungsarbeiten in der Anzeige stand.
