Great 3 bedroom contemporary home located in the Green Hill Beach area. Enjoy the private Hill Association beach pass offered with this beach house.A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals . An open dining area and living room are located off of the kitchen. A perfect screened -in dining porch is the best dining /lounging spot. A deck with a grill for those who want to eat outside. A first floor bedroom and full bath with laundry makes it easy for anyone who doesn't want to do stairs while 2 more bedrooms and full bath can be found on the second floor . All bedrooms contain a queen size bed. A great enclosed outside shower for washing off after a day at the beach or a tennis/pickleball match at the town park located 1/4 of a mile away. Home sleeps 6 comfortably . Bed linens and towels not included. Enjoy the slower paced beach area with old stone walls and salt pond. Travel 15 minutes south to Watch Hill or go east to Narragansett . Thirty minutes to Newport .Local Restaurants , ice cream & coffee shops all less than 10 minutes from the home . Saturday to Saturday rental only

The house was exactly as listed. We did not communicate with the host but an agent reached out for the host and was very helpful in making sure we were able to get in the house ok. The beach was at the end of the road and the parking was very close. We enjoyed the screened in porch for family time. The outdoor shower and park nearby were very convenient for the kids.
