Major renovation recently completed , Located in the Tockwotten Cove area of Ninigret Pond. Quiet area for early morning/evening walks to Ninigret Pond and safe bike rides for kids. Large side yard for outdoor activities. Close access to Charlestown and Blue Shutters Beaches (has a concession stand) Beach Pass is included in rental. Private office upstairs for those who have do a little work. Separate laundry room. Fresh water pond views off back deck and watch the swans in the pond while having your morning coffee. Great day trips to Watch Hill, RI (11 miles), Mystic Seaport, CT (17 miles), Block Island Ferry (15 miles), Foxwoods Casino, CT (21 miles), Newport, RI (30 miles), Providence, RI (41 miles). Drive locally to Narragansett or Misquamicut to take in a movie, mini golf, go-carts, water park, and/or fine dining. Watch the fishing and lobster boats come into Point Judith docks and take lobsters home to cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Two and half baths with an outdoor shower.


Neighborhood and Town: Quiet and friendly area. Relaxing walks and bike rides with the kids. Great local dining at 'The Galley' or pizza at 'Kingstown Pizza'. Homemade ice cream at the 'Tropic Frost'. Local groceries, deli and delicious steaks at the Charlestown Market. Breakfast/donuts at Tim Horton's. Enjoy browsing at the local Flea Market on weekends at the General Stanton's Inn.

Local Beaches: Beach pass included with rental for Charlestown and Blue Shutters Beaches. Sandy, white beaches to enjoy with Block Island views in the distance. Great waves. Walk for miles right up to the Charlestown Breachway and watch the fisherman catch striped bass. Blue Shutters Beach has finer, softer sand with concession stand, showers and bathrooms.

Outdoor activities: Local rentals for canoes, kayaks or other, near Charlestown Beach to paddle around beautiful Ninigret Pond. Fishing Charters available along Charlestown Beach Road for guaranteed striped bass fishing.

This was a great location to the Hot Air Balloon Show that we attended and also went to see the two Trolls at Ninigret Park which was also nearby.The house was very well kept, nicely decorated & exactly as show on your site.We hope to return again sometime.Debbie , Tony, Kim, Rick, Theresa & Dennis

Tockwotten Cove

This is a very comfortable and roomy house for a family vacation. Added bonus is a small office. The location in Charlestown is good for beaches, shopping and other area highlights.

Great home close to the beach

The home was in a nice quiet area and a short distance to the beach. Home was in great condition and could tell the owner invested to give this home a nice touch making it feel like home. Would consider again to rent this home.

Great stay at Lobster Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay at Lobster Lodge. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was great to be able to vacation with our canine companion in Rhode Island. The beach-themed decor in the house was fun to look at. We’d love to return, hopefully with better weather next time.

Great Vaca

Loved the location, great neighborhood for the kids to ride their bikes, and awesome for walks in the morning. Property was very clean and loved the layout for our family. Great to have all the space on lower level for the children. Great time, can't wait for next year!

Beautiful Beach House

This is our third year at this beautiful beach house, and every year when we enter, we are surprised by how lovely and clean is. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning was so appreciated. The beds are comfy, the furnishings great, and the fabulous kitchen and grill met all our dining needs! And of course, we loved the opportunity to sample the Charlestown beaches with the complementary pass. We had many wonderful dinners and family events at this beautiful home, and look forward to many more!

House and property is beautiful. We traveled from out of state There were 3 bath towels and no linens, no sheets or pillows cases. We used all four bedrooms. We received the welcome letter the day after we arrived informing myself and out of state members we could rent linens and could google a local business. Renters beware

IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

WE ALL LOVED THE HOUSE, IT ACCOMMODATED EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED.THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED AND EVERYTHING FROM THE BEGINNING OF THIS BOOKING TO THE END OF THE VACTION WAS ABSLOTULEY WONDERFUL. Great Vacation Rental in RI

The rental location was perfect – nestled in a quiet section of town – but close enough to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house was clean and well decorated. Attention to detail was evident in every room, creating a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease, and the comfortable living spaces provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The communication with the property owner was good. He was prompt in responding to inquiries and provided all the necessary details about the rental. The booking process was straightforward, making the entire experience stress-free. Overall, our experience with this rental was great. It offered a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm.

Fabulous House!

The house is fabulous. It is spacious and immaculate. With so many amenities! The beach pass- huge!! The kitchen - the hub - is so large and well equipped that it made family dinners a dream. We enjoyed eating inside at the large dining room and outside- on the deck. And the new grill was such a treat- we made daily use of that!! We loved the outside shower for after long sandy days at the beach. And the clothesline for wet beach towels. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Safe for our kids to walk and bikeride. All and all, we loved the house and are grateful you generously shared it with us. We made memories to last us - until next year!

Beautiful, Clean and Private ~ LOVELY

We just got home from a fantastic week in this beautifully decorated home. We arrived to a clean very well updated and well cared for property. The reverse floor plan worked very well for us with a large family. The deck worked great for cooking for us. (Ran out of gas but many close local places to refill.). Fresh Seafood is nearby as well as local farms. Owners were right on top of any issues we had and returned my call right away when we had a problem with dryer which was awesome to vacation by the beach and be able to do some laundry right at home. Just pack your sheets and towels, a bathing suit and some sunscreen the rest is all right there. The Beach pass to two local beaches was a great bonus!!! Charlestown is a quaint beach town and close to everything. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood has NO traffic and streets are posted at 10 miles an hour due to size of the roads and kids able to ride bikes around with no worries. Rob and Diane you should post some newer pics the ones you have up are nice but don't do it justice. This beautiful house is Defintely a place to make many memories. I know we just added a bunch in our family!! Thank You!! Laurie

Perfect beach vaca

Beautiful and spacious house! Five minute drive to Charlestown Beach. The beach had 10 lifeguards on duty, the waves were gentle, the water was warm enough to swim, the beach was clean and gorgeous! Del's soft frozen lemonade on beach! The house was relaxing to come back to after a nice day at the beach!

Beautiful Vacation House in Quiet Neighborhood

This home totally exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. We had a very hot week and really appreciated the air conditioning, the outside shower, and the master bath! We ate in most of the time, and the lovely kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Rob was very easy to deal with and we’d love to vacation there again!

Great house and host!

We enjoyed our stay in Charlestown at this beautiful house. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Unfortunately out weather was not great but we were grateful to have a nice place to hang out when we couldn’t be outside. The check in was easy and the host was kind enough to call me before our arrival and filled me in on local spots.
