From there, two steps lead down to a cozy living area that opens onto the balcony. The second bedroom features a sturdy loft bed and also opens onto the spacious west-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing. The apartment is equipped with state-of-the-art media technology, including Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a DAB+ radio with Bluetooth.

A double parking space is provided. However, your car’s dimensions must not exceed 1.50 m in height, 1.90 m in width, 5.00 m in length, and 2,000 kg in weight.
