Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 234: 2-room apartment close to the beach with terrace

The modern and inviting 2-room apartment 234 (approx. 35 m²), located on the ground floor of Building C near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, and 2 dressers. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 4 m² furnished terrace (facing northeast towards the courtyard). Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer evenings in peace with a good glass of wine.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious wardrobe, and a large wall mirror. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains and roller shades.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person.

The modern bathroom features a shower with a clear glass enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet with a bench and wall mirror in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking availability, you can park your car—for a fee—either in one of our parking spaces located in the residential complex’s courtyard or in a car park in the immediate vicinity (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
