PAV-14 - Residence Pavilion

We warmly welcome you to our bright, cosy two-room holiday apartment in Cuxhaven/Döse—with the dike in plain sight! You’ll be at the beach in no time—whether on foot, with a stroller, a walker, or walking sticks—and the ships are right nearby!

On our east-facing balcony on the 1st floor, with a view of the sea, you can soak up the sun from breakfast until noon, starting in March and continuing through October. In the afternoons, guests who prefer to avoid the intense sun particularly appreciate the view of the beach access path from there. If it’s still a bit too chilly outside, simply enjoy the reading nook.

The spacious living area features a comfortable dining area, a couch (which pulls out for relaxing or as a sleeping area for a third person), an armchair, and a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, and a coffee capsule machine. There’s enough space for a travel cot.

There’s a cosy, separate bedroom with a window and two single beds. This gives you a quiet space to retreat to if you “need to quickly check in with the office” while on holiday.

The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, is accessible via the small entryway. There you’ll also find a practical built-in closet, a coat rack, and a large mirror.

Covered, open underground parking space (accessible by lift), lockable bike storage in the building—both free of charge.

Bus stop across the street. From there, you can quickly and regularly reach destinations such as Duhnen, the Ahoi-Bad, Sahlenburg, Cuxhaven’s pedestrian zone, the train station, or the ferries to Heligoland and Sylt. Of course, you can also easily reach all of these places—and much more—on foot.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Here you’ll stay away from the hustle and bustle, yet still be just a stone’s throw from the action.

Each of our holiday apartments is a bright, welcoming retreat with comfortable amenities. So you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air at any time, every apartment features its own balcony or a spacious rooftop terrace.

Maritime charm: Depending on the season, the outdoor areas are furnished with comfortable patio furniture. In select apartments, you’ll even find your own beach chair on the balcony—for that authentic holiday feeling in complete privacy.
Totally hassle-free: A free parking space is reserved for each apartment. In the basement, you’ll also find a convenient bike storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
