Loved our stay. The house is located walking distance to many of the Santa Fe attractions. The vibe of the house was one that cultivated relaxation and peace. We would definitely rent again.

So close to downtown. It was awesome to walk everywhere. Night life, restaurants, train station, all kinds of entertainment. We’d stay again!

Melissa was so helpful… we had plane delays and couldn’t get there until a day after we had reserved so she gave us a discount on payment. Although the rental is on a big street, it is set back and the entry is in the back, so you don’t really notice it. Decor is lovely and rooms are cozy and house is close to railyard and lots of good eateries and markets. Highly recommend!

Great touches to the house to make it comfortable and give it the Santa Fe charm you would expect. Good use of space for a 100 year-old house. Railyards are very close and downtown is easily walkable (for me) which is the primary reason I selected this property. I say the one improvement could be to just to groom the front yard plants a bit to make better trails for the pups to get to the side yard (but I’m biased because I enjoy working in the yard/garden). It was a great stay.

This property needs a new coffee maker. My husband could never get it to work properly. Everything was working fine, but it was annoying to have the coffee maker not working in the morning.

Wish the guest would have alerted us that the coffee maker wasn't working, as it could have been easily resolved.

The outdoor space in the front of the house is full of plants and flowers, with little to no space for larger dogs to do their business. We had small dogs and they did okay but any larger dogs would not be able to potty there. The area in back of the house was gravel parking area for other units behind the house. There is no space for dogs to run around, so be prepared to walk them on leashes out back. The house itself was clean, the main bedroom was small with very little room to get in bed by the wall. The location was within walking distance to the Farmers Market at the Railyard. The host was responsive and friendly.

Melissa’s home is clean, beautifully decorated and a comfortable temperature. It’s an easy walk to the Railyard District (-15’ with slowish kids). Melissa is very accessible if you have questions.

The property was as advertised, we did have an issue with there being no AC. It was in the. 90’s outside and upper 80’s inside. The host did get some fans for us and that did help. A nice place, when the AC is figured out it will be great. The plants on the drive along side the house are overgrown and did mess up my truck a little, hopefully will wash out, overall a good place and host. New property, in time will be a great place. Thanks we enjoyed the stay

We loved our stay at this cozy home in Santa Fe! There were lots of small thoughtful touches that made it feel very homey. The large kitchen was a treat, the beds were comfy, the place had everything we needed and the porch was great for sunsets. Location wise, it was very safe and close to lots of places, like just a few minutes walk to the Railyard, and a few minutes drive to the plaza and downtown area. Melissa was a great host and very accommodating to anything we needed. We would love to stay here again the next time we come through Santa Fe!
