The RIGO apartment complex is located in a very central spot, roughly in the middle of the 2-kilometer-long beach. It consists of a total of 10 apartments spread over 4 floors, officially registered with the tourism authority, with a national category rating of 1 key. On the ground floor, there are 2 restaurants and a supermarket.
The apartment offered here is 2-C, on the 2nd floor on the left (access via stairs), 85 m² plus a 12 m² terrace, with 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with a Zeran hob (4 burners), microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, and a full set of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils.
Living/dining room with dining table, sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV with satellite reception (all major German channels available), and free Wi-Fi.
2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm each) and built-in closets; one faces the beach, with access to the terrace and a view of the sea. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with mattresses measuring 80 x 180 cm each.
Ceiling fans with remote control in all bedrooms.
Starting in summer 2023, air conditioning: 1 unit in the living room, 1 unit in the bedroom facing the sea, which cool or heat the entire apartment when the room doors are open (surcharge of 8.00 €/night; to be decided and paid upon arrival).
