The apartment (approx. 48 m²) is located on the 1st floor and is furnished in a modern and cosy style with high-quality furniture. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The living/sleeping area features a separate dining area and a comfortable double sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet for your holiday wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped (including items for children). Modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment make cooking easier, as do a coffee maker, a SENSEO coffee pad machine, a TASSIMO capsule machine, a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker.

Bathroom with towel warmer and hair dryer, a closet area with an additional wardrobe, and a west-facing, covered balcony with comfortable furniture where you can enjoy the sunset with a view of the North Sea. The living room features a large flat-screen TV (satellite TV) and a stereo system with an iPhone/iPod/USB docking station. The bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a DVD player. You can choose from 24 satellite channels. The electrical sockets in the living room and bedroom are equipped with child safety covers. A safe is also available for your use.

The centre of Duhn is just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops. Also just a few minutes’ walk away is the heated seawater outdoor pool, located right on the beautiful sandy beach. Thanks to its proximity to the dike, you can walk or bike all the way to the Kugelbake, enjoying the beach life or watching the large ships in the Elbe estuary along the way. There is a bus stop (Steinmarne stop) right next to the holiday complex. The attractive city centre invites you to take a stroll any time of year.



The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right near the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
