This exclusive and comfortable 3-room apartment (71 m²) in a sun-drenched southeast-facing location offers families, couples, or small groups the perfect setting for a relaxing and varied holiday in Cuxhaven/Duhnen (suitable for seniors and accessible for people with disabilities).
From May through September, a beach chair is available to you free of charge. Information about this can be found in the apartment.
Up to six people can stay here in two separate bedrooms and on a fold-out couch in the living area, which offers a comfortable sleeping height and width (175 cm).

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, pots, pans, dishes, and more, allows you to enjoy a personalised stay where cooking is a pleasure once again.

The bathroom, featuring floor heating, a spacious walk-in shower, and tasteful
furnishings, is a relaxing space for young and old alike.

From the living and dining areas, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the large balcony and a park-like garden. The rising sun will invite you to enjoy a delightful breakfast on this beautiful balcony before perhaps heading to the beach.



The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a breathtaking view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
