You’ll be staying in a bright and welcoming duplex apartment on the 3rd floor and loft level, offering a spacious living area of approximately 103 m² that can accommodate up to 6 people.

The 3rd floor features a spacious living and dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV, the fully equipped high-gloss built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, two bedrooms (one of which has a satellite TV), a high-quality, walk-in shower room with a rain shower, and a large sun terrace.

On the gallery level, you’ll find the cosy living area on the loft with a reading nook, satellite TV with a flat-screen TV, a multimedia hi-fi system with a DVD and Blu-ray player, a high-end bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a bedroom with twin beds (which can be converted into a double bed) featuring satellite TV.

The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Schön gelegene (Strandnah) und moderne Wohnung. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung top, erleichterter Zugang durch Fahrstuhl, großer Balkon, die Wohnung ist gut Schall und Wärme isoliert, Schlafräume waren einfach abzudunkeln. Alles Einzelbetten die zu Doppelbetten gestellt werden können, Matratzen nicht zu hart, (& nicht zu weich). Mit 4 Erwachsene war uns die Wohnung nicht zu klein. Wir können wir diese Wohnung bedingslos weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank. Gerne wieder.
