Brand new house in a fairly quiet development. Overall, a great stay at a reasonable price - good communication, WiFi issue fixed quickly, very clean. One item of note is the house is so new, they have not finished stocking the house, which I would've liked to have known beforehand - no utensils, glasses, mugs, very limited cooking items, no spare blankets, TV in box in bedroom, limited furniture in bedrooms (no dressers), etc. Also, while the house does sleep 6, it is outfitted for 4 - 4 chairs in dining room, sectional fits 4 comfortably, etc. It was not an issue for us as we had 4 guests, but those traveling with 6 should take note. This place has great potential and I would stay again once it is fully stocked.
