This property was clean. It has a huge TV that was great for watching world cup games. Beds were comfortable. The AC worked and kept us cool during some hot Seattle days. The kitchen is sparse, so don't expect to cook a lot or have meals there. There wasn't enough silverware for 4 people. We didn't cook and ordered in, so it was not a problem for us. There is no off street parking. But there was plenty of on street parking near the house. The ceilings are low. This is a basement apartment. So if you are 6 ft. or taller, you'd have to stoop. Our tallest was 5'9", so it was not a problem. The house is about a 10-12 min. walk from the light rail station with a steep hill. The neighborhood felt very safe. Allen, the host, was quick to answer questions. We liked the location and the house. We definitely would stay again.
