A quiet, comfortable home in the downtown area will have you relaxed after your explorations of Asheville and the surrounding areas. The front door opens to the South Slope and you can walk to restaurants, breweries, music venues, theaters, and much more. The two (2) car garage has a keyless entry lock. Use the stairs or ride the private in house elevator to living areas.

The South Slope is home to several great spots for adult beverages ( Burial, Greenman, The Chemist/Antidote, Hi-Wire, Urban Orchard Cider, etc..) and to grab a bite ( Chai Pani, Little Chango, Good Hot Fish, etc ). To catch some live music, you can walk to The Orange Peel or Asheville Yards. Directly across the street is Mother Bakery and the relaxing Sauna House.
